Managing Customer Service Requests
We will look at two groups of scenarios for managing customer service requests:
- Partner-led customer service. In these scenarios, the partner is responsible for responding to the service request.
- Collaborative customer service. In these scenarios, the brand owner and partner work together to respond to the service request.
