Thanking Individual Partners for Registering

The sample data distributed with Siebel PRM uses workflows to automatically send email when new individual partners register to thank them for registering. This email works like a mail-merge letter; it is based on a form-letter template, and it is personalized using information that the partners filled out when they registered.

You should modify the form letter template included in the sample data to use your own company name. You may also want to modify it in other ways.

To modify the email template you must modify the workflow process. Please ask your system administrator for details.

The name of the workflow is Prospect Registration eChannel.
