Exporting Personalization Data as an XML File

All personalization data rules, events, and actions are exported in one XML file.

To export personalization data as an XML file

  1. Navigate to any Personalization Administration view, for example, Views.
  2. Click the menu button, and then choose XML Export.
  3. In the File Download window, select the Save this file to disk radio button, and then click OK.

    4. A dialog box appears prompting you to specify a file name and storage location. The default file name is personalization.ooo.xml.

  4. Save the XML file.
