Recording Expenses in the Activities Expenses View

The Activities Expenses view lets end users log expenses incurred for individual activities. Expenses recorded in the Activities Expenses view are also visible in the My Expense Diary view, until they are included in an expense report for a specific period.

The following procedure explains how to record an expense for a specific activity.

To record an expense using the Activities Expenses view

  1. Navigate to the Activities screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down list, select My Activities.
  3. In the Activities list, select the activity for which you want to record an expense.
  4. Click the Expenses view tab.
  5. In the Expenses list, add a new record.
  6. Complete the fields. For a description of the fields available, see Recording Expenses in the My Expense Diary View.
