Printing an Expense Report


The following procedure explains how to print an expense report. The printed version of an expense report has a different format than the lists and forms end users use when creating or approving expense reports.

To print an expense report

  1. Navigate to the Expense Reports screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down list, select the appropriate view.
  3. In the Expense Reports list, locate the expense report you want to print.
  4. From the application-level menu, choose View > Reports.
  5. In the Reports dialog box, from the Select a Report drop-down list, select Expense Reports.
  6. Click Run Now.
  7. The application displays your expense report in the Siebel Report Viewer window.

  8. In the Siebel Report Viewer window, click the Print button.
  9. The report prints to your default printer.
