Setting Rates for Project Staff

Rates are set for project staff from the Team Workbook's Resource Detail view. Rates set here for a user become the hourly rate on that user's time sheet. When users create new time sheet line items in a time sheet and add a project and a project role, the hourly rate field is populated with the resource rate defined in the Team Workbook's Resource Detail view. For more information about time sheet line items, see Adding Line Items to a Time Sheet.

To set hourly rates for a team member

  1. Navigate to the Projects screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down list, select the appropriate view.
  3. In the Projects list, select the project for which you want to set staff rates.
