This guide explains how to administer and use Siebel Professional Services Automation.


Consultants	Persons who provide consulting services to customers, and who charge for their time and expenses.
Consultant Managers	Persons who manage consultants and consulting projects.
Engagement Managers	Persons who oversee relations with customers and are responsible for business development and practice management.
Resource Managers	Persons who assign consultants to various projects and manage resources.
Siebel Application Administrators	Persons responsible for planning, setting up, and maintaining Siebel applications.
Siebel Application Developers	Persons who plan, implement, and configure Siebel applications, possibly adding new functionality. A developer is typically someone from the Information Services department.
