Viewing Related Products
When you discuss products with a prospect or customer, you may need to consider related products to substitute because products may be back ordered, sold out, delayed in shipping, or unavailable for other reasons.
To view related products
- Navigate to the Products screen, and in the Products list, select the product.
- Click the Related Product view tab, and then in the Related Product list, drill down on the hyperlink in the product name field.
