Starting the Siebel Server

This section describes how to start the Siebel Server using the Server Manager GUI.

NOTE:  In order to start the Siebel Server, the Siebel Server System Service must be running. For more information, see Administering the Siebel Server System Service.

To start the Siebel Server

Navigate to the Enterprise Operations screen.
Click the Enterprise Servers view tab.
In the Enterprise Servers list, select the Siebel Enterprise Server that contains the Siebel Server you want to start.
In the lower list, select the Siebel Server you want to start.
Click Startup.

The Server State field changes to Starting up.
