CSSBCServiceRequest Methods

This section describes the methods that are implemented in the CSSBCServiceRequest Class.

CheckServiceRequestWarranty

The CheckServiceRequestWarranty method takes the Asset specified on the Service Request and checks whether or not the warranty applies. If the warranty applies, this method sets the appropriate warranty flags on the record.

You can invoke CheckServiceRequestWarranty from browser and server script, business services, business components, and applets.
You can also invoke this method through custom buttons and commands.
