Using Calculated Fields with Chart Coordinates

Suppose you want to set the following coordinates:

0-200

200-999

1000-4999

5000-24999

25000+

To set the coordinates

  1. Create a calculated field that has the one relevant value of the five coordinate values (for example, if the record has a value of 500, the calculated field's value will be "200-999").
  2. To see the coordinates in the chart in the order you want, create a list of values that has the five values listed above.
