Creating Auction Alerts

Auction Alert is a feature that allows you to receive notification when a new auction item of interest becomes available.

When you have configured the Auction Alert search parameters, you can track that Auction Alert over time. The Siebel Web Engine runs a query of the auctions in the Siebel database on a daily basis to find matches for the Auction Alert searches. Any new Auction Alert matches are emailed to the user.
