Partial Outbid Notification

If a user bids and causes another user to no longer be winning part of his or her original quantity, the losing bidder receives a partial outbid notification by email or wireless, according to the user's preference selections.

The email notice contains the auction item number, the auction name, the item description, the current bid amount, the quantity bid, and a URL link to the auction site. The wireless notice contains the message "You have been partially outbid."
