Viewing Auction Lister Invoices


You can track invoices for fees incurred by auction listers in a catalog from the Auction Lister Invoices tab. As an administrator you can also add new charges and manually close an invoice.

Siebel eAuction generates a lister invoice when the lister posts an auction in a catalog marked Allow Third Party Listers. One open invoice is maintained per lister, per catalog.

To view auction lister invoices

  1. From the Catalog Administration screen, select the catalog in which you want to view auction lister invoices.
  2. Click the Auction Lister Invoices tab.

  4. For more information about an invoice, click the hyperlink for the invoice you want to view.
  5. The Invoice form appears.

  6. To add a line item for the invoice, click New on the Line Items list and enter an amount and comments in the fields.
  7. To close the invoice, click Close.
  8. After CyberSource has validated the credit card number, the lister's credit card is charged the relevant fee.

    NOTE:  If the credit card failed, the global administrator must tell the Billed To person to update their credit card information in the My Account screen of eSales before the invoice can be closed. Closing the invoice activates the eAuction Close Invoice workflow. For more information, see Siebel eSales Administration Guide.
