Synchronize Briefings View Is Blank


Some versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer may cause you to see a blank Synchronize Briefings page. The cause could be related to your Internet Explorer security settings.

Check your Internet Explorer security settings to make sure that the Local Intranet security level is set on Low. In addition, make sure that your ActiveX controls are set to Enable.

To view Internet Explorer security settings

  1. Form the Internet Explorer menu, choose Tools and select Internet Options from the drop-down list.
  2. Click on the Security tab and choose the Local Intranet Web content zone.
  3. Click on the Custom Level button to view or change the security settings.
