Associating Literature with Categories


You can make literature available for consumers to view on your Web site by creating catalog categories and associating documents with them. Consumers would click the Literature Catalog link to access the catalog and documents. You can also create new applets for your Web site to display literature.

To add a document and associate it with a category

  1. Navigate to the Catalog Administration Screen.
  2. In the Catalogs list, select the eService Catalog catalog.
  3. Click the eService Catalog hyperlink in the Name field.
  4. Select a category or add a new one.
  5. In the Literature list, click New.
  6. The Literature form appears.

  7. In the File Name field, click the select button and in the dialog box that appears, browse to the document.
  8. Click Add.
  9. Select a Literature Type and complete other optional fields.
  10. Make sure that the Name field is unique.
