To specify curriculum steps

  2. In the Curriculum list, select the curriculum for which you want to specify courses, and then click the Curriculum Steps view tab.
  3. In the Curriculum Steps list, click New, complete the fields, and save the record.
  4. The following table describes the fields.

    # of Required Courses
Number of courses required to complete the step.
    Curriculum description.
    Max Points
Sum of the course points for the step.
    Min Points
Minimum number of points required to complete the step based on the number of courses required and their respective point values.

A unique step number is automatically assigned to each step in the curriculum. You can edit the step number before the curriculum is released. Renumber the steps (prior to curriculum release) by manually changing the numbers in the Step field.
