Home > User's Guide > Working With Batches > Sending Batches
Sending batches transfers them to a central server and removes them. Once you begin sending batches, you cannot cancel, so review, edit, and index them first. Note the following:
You can send multiple batches at a time.
To send a batch, all required index fields for all documents must be completed. To be indexed, at least one field must contain data, and all required fields must contain values.
Any priority, status, or note information set when you send a batch is sent along with the batch to the server, where an administrator can see it.
Send completed batches using either of the following procedures.
Sending the Current Batch From the Review/Index Screen
Click the Send button on the toolbar.
The Client Screen is displayed.
Confirm sending the batch.
The application begins uploading the selected batch to the server. While the file is being sent, the cursor changes to an hourglass and the progress bar moves to the end.

After the batch upload is complete, the Batch Send Results Screen is displayed. Its table lists all batches selected for sending. If needed for troubleshooting purposes, click Copy to Clipboard to copy the selected batch results to the clipboard for pasting into another application.
