Adding, Editing and Deleting Batch Notes

Follow these steps to add, edit, or delete a batch note. Notes you enter are sent to the server when the batch is sent.

  1. In the Client Screen, select a batch in the Existing Batches table.

  2. Click the Batch Info button.

  3. In the Batch Information Screen, enter, edit, or remove a note in the Batch Notes field.

    You do not need to press Enter at the end of each line, since the text automatically wraps to the next line. The note can be as long as you want.

    When a batch has a note attached to it, a push pin is displayed in the Note column of the Existing Batches table.
