Release 1 (1.3)
Part Number E12034-03
Oracle Beehive Release 1 (1.3) allows you to configure preferences that will be valid for any client you use to connect to Oracle Beehive. To configure your preferences, access the Oracle Beehive User Preferences page using the following structure:
Note:If you do not know your server name, please contact your system administrator.
You can instruct Oracle Beehive to generate an automatic reply during periods when you are away from your workstation or out of the office.
To use the Out of Office Assistant:
From Oracle Beehive User Preferences page, click Out of Office.
Select the Enable your auto-reply message check box to enable the assistant.
Set a duration for your automatic reply by entering dates in the Start and End fields. Optionally, click the calendar button next to each field to select a date from a mini-calendar.
In the Auto-Reply Message field, enter a message indicating your unavailability.
Note:When both start and end dates are provided, the duration for the automatic reply is determined by the specified start and end dates. If you have entered an end date but no start date, the automatic rely becomes effective once you click Save. If you have entered a start date but no end date, the automatic reply remains effective until you deselect the Enable check box and click Save.
Use server-side rules if you want certain actions to be performed automatically on all incoming mail. Because these rules are stored on the Oracle Beehive server, they are available to you regardless of how and where you access your Oracle Beehive data.

On the Criteria matching line, select an option. Selecting AND instructs the rule to perform actions only if the incoming mail meets all specified conditions. Selecting OR instructs the rule to perform actions if the incoming mail meets any specified condition.
