• Queue Name field containing folowing text: test_out.

• Queue Manager (optional) field: This field is empty.

• Message Format box: "No Format Name" is selected in this box.

• Priority box: "As defined by the queue manager" is selected in this box.

• Persistence box: "As defined by the queue manager" is selected in this box.

• Never and Expires in options. These options are for Expiry. The Never option is selected.

At the bottom are the standard Help, Back, Next, Finish (grayed out), and Cancel buttons.
