Moves the iterator to point to the previous element in the collection.
Using an iterator is faster than using an index when accessing collection elements.
If the iterator is pointing to the first element of the collection prior to executing this function, then calling this method makes the
BOC property return
True. Also, the iterator is not changed. Check the
BOC property when calling this method repetitively.
