If you encounter any issues while implementing or upgrading, we encourage you to check the documentation on the Siebel Retail Finance Bookshelf on OTN. If you are still encountering difficulty, please log a Service Request, and a Technical Support Engineer will assist in resolving the issue. Below you will find release-specific versions of Oracle's Siebel System Requirements and Supported Platforms document (SR&SP). It is critical that you review the SR&SP prior to beginning to install your Siebel application. It is also recommended that you use the Environment Verification Tool (EVT) to assist in checking your system compliance with the SR&SP.
