If you encounter any problems during the installation or upgrade, see the Siebel Bookshelf on Oracle Technology Network (OTN). If you are still encountering problems, create a service request on My Oracle Support. Alternatively, you can phone Oracle Global Customer Support directly to create a service request or get a status update on your current service request. You must review the SR&SP before beginning to install your Siebel application. It is also recommended that you refer to 477105.1(Article ID) on My Oracle Support for help in checking your system's compliance with the SR&SP.
