Production Reporting Viewer shows how reports will look on the printed page. It does this by allowing you to view a printer-independent output file created with the Production Reporting language or Production Reporting Studio. A file that you access through Production Reporting Viewer is called an SPF file or SPF report.
After opening a report in Production Reporting Viewer, you can:

Save the report under a new name and location |

Save the report as a comma separated value file |

Save the report as an HTML file (or files) |

Save the report as a PDF file |

Zoom in/out to various magnification levels |

View the full page on the screen, or view two pages side-by-side |

Search for a text string |
• |
Print the report or copy parts of it into other applications |

Send the report through email |
