Javahost Service Command Line Properties

The locations of special directories, such as the root directory, in the Oracle Business Intelligence environment are passed to Javahost services through Java properties.

These properties are set automatically by the Java command line as follows:

  • In Windows, by the sawjavahostsvc command
  • In UNIX, the saw.sh script, located in the SAROOTDIR/setup directory (where SAROOTDIR is the installation directory)

You can modify these properties by explicitly setting these property values while configuring the Java command line.

Table 6 lists and describes the Javahost Service command line properties.
