To set your preferences
- Log in to Sales Prospector.
- Click Preferences.
Sales Prospector displays the User Preferences window.
- Enter new values for the following settings:
- Search Options. Use the following options to change how you search for prospects.
- Default Purchase Probability. Changes the default setting for the Purchase Probability filter. For example, you can change the default setting from 100% to 75%.
- Maximum Projected Revenue (000's)$. Changes the maximum amount of revenue estimated for each sales recommendation. The setting you enter in this field determines the intervals in the Projected Revenue Filter; these intervals are usually 10% or one-tenth of the maximum projected revenue. For example, if you enter $100,000 as the maximum projected revenue, the intervals on your revenue range filter increment and decrement in steps of $10,000. Also, any projected revenues less than the interval value, in this case, $10,000, do not display in the graph. The maximum projected revenue is $999 billion.
- Default Projected Revenue (000's)$. Changes the default setting for the Projected Revenue filter. For example, you can change the default setting from $0 to $20,000. The default projected revenue cannot be more than the maximum projected revenue.
