Logging in to Oracle Sales Prospector


As a data manager, you log in to Oracle Sales Prospector with the administrator (Admin) privilege. This privilege allows you to administer Oracle Sales Prospector.

To log in to Oracle Sales Prospector

  1. From the Oracle Sales Prospector Login page at http://sales.oracle.com, click Login.
  2. In the Login dialog box, enter your email address and password, and click Login.

    NOTE:  If you make three unsuccessful attempts to log in, your account becomes locked. In this case, or if you have forgotten your password, you can click Reset Password to reset your password. For information on resetting your password, see the topic about resetting your password in the Sales.com online help.

    If your status is not Active, you receive a message that you cannot log in, and to contact Oracle Customer Care. Note the contact information in the message, and click OK to close the window.

    If the login is successful, Oracle Sales Prospector redirects you to the Oracle Sales Prospector home page.
