The JVM in which a WebLogic
Server instance runs, sends messages to standard error and standard out.
Server as well as application code write directly to these streams
instead of using the logging mechanism. You can redirect the JVM output
to all the registered log destinations, like the server terminal console
and log file.
To redirect the JVM standard
If you have not already done so, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Lock & Edit (see Use the Change Center).
In the left pane of the Console, expand
Environment and select
In the Servers table, click the name of
the server instance whose logging you want to configure.
Select Logging > General, and click
Advanced at the bottom of the page.
