Monitor deployed JDBC data sources

You can monitor a variety of statistics for each deployed data source instance in your domain, such as the current number of database connections in the connection pool, current number of connections in use, the longest wait time for a database connection, and so forth.

To monitor statistics for deployed JDBC data sources:

  1. In the Domain Structure tree, select Deployments.

The Summary of Deployments table lists the deployments currently installed on WebLogic Server appears in the right pane. The Type column specifies whether a deployment is an Enterprise application, a Web application, or an EJB.

  2. Click the Monitoring tab.
  3. Click the JDBC tab.

The Deployed Data Source Instances table displays statistics for each deployed data source in the domain.

For more information about these statistics, see Monitoring Options.

  4. Optionally, click Customize this table to change the columns displayed in the statistics table. To make changes, you must lock the domain configuration before making changes and activate the changes when you are finished.
