Note: Deleting a startup or shutdown class configuration
permanently removes it from the domain's configuration and prevents it
from running on all servers to which it has been deployed. If you only
want to temporarily stop a startup or shutdown class from running,
undeploy it from a server. See Deploy startup
and shutdown classes.
To delete a startup or shutdown
If you have not already done so, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Lock & Edit (see Use the Change Center).
Administration Console, expand Environment and
select Startup and Shutdown Classes.
Startup and Shutdown Classes page, check the
class you want to delete.
Delete and confirm the deletion.
To activate these changes, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Activate Changes. Not all changes take effect immediately—some require a restart (see Use the Change Center).
WebLogic Server undeploys the class from the targeted servers and
removes the class from the domain's configuration file.
