Deleting a Web
application refers to completely removing it from the domain. Once you
delete a Web application from a domain, you must reinstall it if you
want to make it available to WebLogic Server clients. To temporarily
make Web applications unavailable to WebLogic Server clients, you can
stop them instead of deleting them. See Stop deployed Web
To delete a Web application:
If you have not already done so, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Lock & Edit (see Use the Change Center).

Yes to confirm your decision.
To activate these changes, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Activate Changes. Not all changes take effect immediately—some require a restart (see Use the Change Center).
