A Web Service uses SOAP
message handlers to intercept the request and response SOAP messages
generated when the Web Service is invoked by a client application. A Web
Service can have zero or more SOAP message handlers configured.
To view the SOAP message handlers configured for a Web Service,
follow these steps:

Configuration > Handlers. The table lists the SOAP message
handlers configured for your Web Service, along with the handler Java
class that implements the handler, the Web Service port to which it
applies, and whether the handler processes and SOAP headers.
