Configuring the Communications Toolbar

This task is a step in Roadmap for Configuring Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat. The communications toolbar displays the functions related to chat that are available for Siebel Chat. Working with Siebel Chat describes the chat-related behavior of the functions on the communications toolbar. The communications toolbar is defined and configured within Siebel Tools, like other toolbars in Siebel applications.
