Configuring Parameters for Oracle Solaris

The following parameters must be configured appropriately if setting up Siebel Chat on Oracle Solaris: CommSessionMgr, EnterpriseServer, GatewayAddress, and RequestServer.

To configure the parameters for Oracle Solaris

1. Navigate to the Administration - Communications screen, then the All Configurations view.
2. Select the communications configuration record that you want to modify, then click the Parameters tab.

   Name	Value
   CommSessionMgr	CommSessionMgr
   RequestServer	[Windows Server where CommMgmt is running]
   GatewayAddress	[Gateway address of the computer where CommMgmt is running : gateway port]
   EnterpriseServer	[Siebel]
