Verifying Workgroup LOV Data Types


To transfer a chat to another workgroup in Siebel Chat, you must use the following workgroup list of values (LOV) data types in Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat:

  • CCA CHAT WORKGROUP. Use this LOV data type for chat workgroups.
  • CCA CTI WORKGROUP. Use this LOV data type for voice workgroups.

Complete the steps in the following procedure to verify that these workgroup LOV data types exist. This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Siebel Chat Transfer to Agent or Workgroup. For more information about LOVs, see Siebel Applications Administration Guide.

To verify workgroup LOV data types in Siebel Call Center for Siebel Chat

  1. Log in to Siebel Call Center as system administrator.
  2. Navigate to the Administration - Data screen, then the LOV Explorer view.
  3. Verify that the following workgroup LOV data types exist with the values shown in the following table. If the CCA CHAT WORKGROUP and CCA CTI WORKGROUP LOV data types do not exist, then create them with the values shown in the following table.
