This appendix introduces Siebel Business Applications action sets (DQ Sync and ISSYNC) that are set up by default in your Siebel application for Account, Contact and List Mgmt Prospective Contact. For Siebel CRM Version 8.2 or later, you must activate the DQ Sync runtime events; for versions earlier than 8.2, you must activate the ISSSYNC runtime events. The following topics are included:
