Siebel EAI and Workflow Process Control

To achieve integration at the process level between a Siebel application and an external application, the Siebel Business platform supports workflow control. You define the integration process by using the Workflow Process Designer in Siebel Tools. A workflow process is executed in an application object manager as a business service. A business service can be a prebuilt component, such as a transport adapter or the Siebel Data Transformation Engine, or it can be custom developed by using one of the Siebel Scripting languages.
