A service request template includes 1 or more activity templates to complete preventive maintenance and default values for service request fields, such as Area, Status, Priority, Symptoms, and Resolution. NOTE: Service request templates apply only to preventive maintenance. Administrators set up activity templates in the Activity Templates view of the Administration - Data screen.
