Viewing and Creating Assessments in Siebel Pharma Handheld


Assessments allow users to calculate a single numerical value that expresses the fitness of a contact or account, according to a set of attributes defined in the assessment template. For more information on assessments, see Applications Administration Guide.

To view and create assessments

  1. Navigate to the Contacts screen and select Communications from the Views drop-down list.
  2. Tap on the Assessments tab in the toolbar.

    The application displays a list of assessments. Some of the fields are described in the following table.

    Field
    Comments

    Description

    Description of the assessment.

    Name

    Name for the assessment.

    Percentage

    Percentage as calculated by the Pharma Handheld application and shown in the Assessments list.

    Template Name

    Name of the template from a pre-existing list.

  3. Tap File, then New Record to create a new record.
  4. Tap the Template Name field, and select a template from a list of templates displayed.
  5. Tap OK.

    The Assessment List view is displayed.

  6. Enter a name for the assessment and drill down on the assessment.

    You are prompted to answer some questions that are specific to the template.
