Creating Pick Applets

Users can create new pick applets to specifically support the multi select feature in the pick applet. You can configure pick applets where only one field such as Name or Postal Code is part of the pick map definition.

To create pick applets

1. Navigate to HH LS Contact Account Affiliation Pick Applet and copy the record.
   1. Set the following values:

      Class: CSSFrameMultiplePick

      Name: HH LS Contact Account Affiliation Pick Applet - Multi Select.

   2. Go to Controls and query for 'List' control.
   3. Go to the Control user property and add the following values to the user property:

      Name: AutoSelect

      Value: TRUE

   4. Go to List Column, delete all List Column records and add a new record called Name with the following values:

      Display name: Name

      HTML Type: Field

   5. Edit Layout to remove the old list columns and add the Name control instead.
2. Navigate to HH LS Contact Account Affiliation Pick Applet and copy the record.
   1. Set the following values:

      For this Field	Add This Value
      Class	CSSFrameMultiplePick
      Name	Find Pharma Address Postal Code
      Business Component	Pharma Address

   2. Go to Controls and query for 'List' control.
   3. Remove values from HTML Display Mode, HTML Type.
   4. Go to the Control user property and add the following values to the user property:

      Name: AutoSelect

      Value: TRUE

   5. Go to List Column, delete all List Column records and add a new record called Postal Code with the following values:

      Display name: Postal Code

      HTML Type: Field

   6. Edit Layout to remove the old list columns and add Postal Code instead.
3. Navigate to Find Pharma Address Postal Code and copy the record.
   1. Set the following values:

      For this Field	Add This Value
      Class	CSSFrameMultiplePick
      Name	Find CUT Address - CE City
      Business Component	CUT Address - CE

   2. Go to Controls and query for 'List' control.
   3. Go to the Control user property and add the following values:

      Name: AutoSelect

      Value: TRUE

   4. Go to List Column, delete all List Column records and add a new record called City with the following values:

      Display name: City

      HTML Type: Field

   5. Edit Layout to remove the old list columns and add City instead.
4. Navigate to Find Pharma Address Postal Code and copy the record.
   1. Set the following values:

      For this Field	Add This Value
      Class	CSSFrameMultiplePick
      Name	Find CUT Address - CE Postal Code
      Business Component	CUT Address - CE

   2. Go to Controls and query for 'List' control.
   3. Go to the Control user property and add the following values:

      Name: AutoSelect

      Value: TRUE

   4. Go to List Column, delete all List Column records and add a new record called Postal code with the following values:

      Display name: Postal code

      HTML Type: Field

   5. Edit Layout to remove the old list columns and add Postal Code instead.
