Reviewing Quote Discounts

Quote discounts can be applied to a quote in a number of different ways, as follows:

• Full Day Discounts. For more information about setting up full day discounts, and how these discounts are applied, see Setting Up Full Day Discounts for Function Spaces.
• Volume Discounts. For more information, see Setting Up Volume Discounts.
• Matrix Discounts. For more information, see Setting Up a Matrix Series.
• Manually Applied Discounts. For more information, see Applying Discount Percentages to Quotes, Functions, Room Blocks, and Line Items and Applying a Negotiated or Discount Price to Line Items.

NOTE:  In order for discounts to be applied to a product, you must make sure that the Disable Discount Flag for the product has not been selected. This can be done using the Administration - Product screen.

To review all quote discounts, for a quote, you must do the following:

• Applying Discount Percentages to Quotes, Functions, Room Blocks, and Line Items
• Applying a Negotiated or Discount Price to Line Items
• Reviewing Function Discounts
• Reviewing Room Block Discounts
• Reviewing the Pricing Waterfall for Function Spaces and Sleeping Rooms
• Reviewing the Total Discount for a Quote
