Generating Quotes from Host-Affiliate Opportunities
When a host opportunity has been defined, that is, room block, functions, affiliate opportunities, and so on, it is possible to generate a quote for the host opportunity. When the quote information have been reviewed, the host can confirm that the quote is definite. When the host quote becomes definite, it is then possible for affiliates to call and confirm that they are affiliated with the quote.
