Site Portal

The Siebel Life Sciences Site Portal allows pharmaceutical and biotech companies to strengthen their relationships with investigators and site coordinators by providing real-time information and valuable tools to assist in the administration of clinical trials. The Site Portal helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies to recruit clinical trial subjects and investigators by using the self-service capabilities of the Internet.

Pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, and contract research organizations (CROs) can use the Site Portal to communicate with sites. These sites can manage clinical trial information and activities over the Web. The Site Portal provides the ability to:

• Modify site and site personnel details.
• View and manage protocol information, including subject and payment data.
• Generate subject visits and activities.
• View scheduled visits in daily, weekly, and monthly calendars.
• View solutions to previously asked questions.
• View products by therapeutic class and view media about a specific product.
• View a list of literature for related products.
• View medical requests and add new requests.
• View product complaints and add new complaints.
• Administer the site, for example, to add new users.
