Associating Related Products with Product Markets

Related products are associated with product markets in the Related Products view under the Product Administration screen. Products that are associated with product markets usually have their types set to Detail.

NOTE:  You can also associate a product with a product market by entering the name of the product market in the Parent field of the related product's record in the Products list.

To associate products with product markets

1. Navigate to Product Administration.

   The Products list appears.

2. Select a product market.
3. Choose Related Products from the Show menu below the More Info tab.

   The Related Products list appears.

4. Add a new record to the Related Products list.

   The Add Internal Products dialog box appears.

5. Select the products you want to associate with the product market, and then click OK.

   The products appear in the Related Products list.

6. Set the Relation field for each related product to Parent.
