Associating Help to Messaging Plans


You can create help text for your messaging plan.

To associate help text for a messaging plan

  1. Navigate to the Messaging Plans screen, then the Messaging Plans view.
  2. In the Messaging Plan list, select a record, and drill down on the Name field.
  3. Click the Help File tab, click New, and add the help text for the messaging plan.

    Some fields are described in the following table.

    Field
    Description

    Name

    Enter the name of the help file.

    Description

    Enter a description of the help file.

    Sub Type

    Use the drop-down list to select a sub type for the help file.

    Literature Type

    Use the drop-down list to select a literature type for the help file.

  4. Select a record, and click Delete if you want to remove the help text for a specific messaging plan.
