Sections that Do Not Apply

A number of chapters of do not apply to your work with service providers and must not be used as documentation for the Service Provider Portal, including the following chapters:

• Setting Up Application Services Interfaces for Siebel PRM. Describes how to set up the Application Service Interfaces used for shopping cart transfer and opportunity transfer, which do not apply to your work with service providers.
• CHAMP Planning. Describes a process of collaborative planning that does not apply to your work with service providers.
• Using Market Development Funds. Describes a process of funding marketing by partners that does not apply to your work with service providers.
• Reporting on Partner Performance. Describes reports to analyze partner performance that do not apply to your work with service providers.
