Browsing Knowledge Base Items


To access a complete, categorized list of items in the Siebel Self-Service Applications knowledge base, follow this procedure.

This task is a step in Process of Accessing the Knowledge Base.

To browse knowledge base items

  1. Navigate to Support, Knowledge Base.

    In the Knowledge Base page's local area in the center of the page, the rows of icons represent the categories of knowledge base items by type of item and product relevance. Each icon links to a list of knowledge base items that relates to that knowledge type or product category.

  2. Click the icon for the type of knowledge base items that you want to view. Go to Viewing Knowledge Base Items, Step 1.
