Reviewing and Submitting a Service Request by the Long Process


To review and submit a service request, follow this procedure.

This task is a step in Long Process for Logging a Service Request.

To review and submit a service request

  1. On the Review & Submit panel, view and verify the information that you entered on previous pages for this SR.
  2. Modify the entered information, if necessary.

    To change the contents of any fields or lists, click Back to return to the previous panels, modify the information, then click Next until you return to this panel.

  3. When you are satisfied that all the SR information is correct and complete, click Submit.

    Siebel E-Support displays a confirmation message with a SR number that you can use later to look up this SR and track its status. The message also offers links that allow you to create another SR or view all your SRs.
