After a user's registration is approved, the SelfServiceRegistration - PostApproval - Activate workflow activates that user's contact and account details. This workflow calls additional sub-workflows, as described in the steps that follow. Dividing the flow into sub-workflows is essential, because updates to the Contact and Account business components are processed through Siebel Operations. Siebel Operations requires the ObjectId of the workflow that delivers the updates to have the corresponding ID of the entity, for example, contactId or accountId. Workflow Description.
